Holly Oakenful - Assistant Principal Primary Learning Area

As the Assistant Principal of Primary at Ngurraga School, I am deeply committed to creating inclusive, engaging and meaningful learning experiences for every student. With experience in special education since 2009 across interstate and international settings, I bring a strong understanding of diverse learner needs and how to build supportive, high-impact learning environments. I value collaboration, clarity and strong relationships, and I am driven to lead a primary program where learning is nurturing, purposeful and tailored to each student’s strengths.

I am passionate about ensuring students have the opportunities and resources they need to reach their full potential. By fostering strong partnerships with families, staff, and the wider community, I help build a culture of inclusivity, growth, and teamwork where all students can flourish. 

Zoe Scott - Learning Specialist (Learning)

I am a passionate teacher who has spent the recent part of my career in a learning specialist role. At Ngurraga I will be coaching, mentoring and supporting our teaching staff in the curriculum space to deliver the highest quality classroom practices to our students. I look forward to working closely with the greater school community.

Hannah Cassidy - Leading Teacher (Wellbeing)

As Leading Teacher: Wellbeing at Ngurraga School, I am committed to ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and valued within a strong child-safe culture. I work alongside students, families, and staff to support wellbeing, emotional regulation, and positive engagement in learning. I believe strong relationships and collaboration are at the heart of successful outcomes, and I am passionate about creating a school environment where students can build confidence, resilience, and a genuine sense of belonging.

Emma Plunkett - Leading Teacher (Wellbeing)

As a Leading Teacher at Ngurraga School, I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every student feels understood, valued and empowered to thrive. I bring a strong focus on Personal and Social Capability, wellbeing and inclusive practice, supporting students to develop the skills they need to understand themselves, connect with others and engage confidently in learning.

I believe that strong relationships are at the heart of education and that the best outcomes are achieved when students, families and educators work together. I am excited to contribute to Ngurraga’s growing community and to help build approaches that recognise each student’s strengths, celebrate neurodiversity and support every learner to experience success, belonging and genuine agency.
