Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)

The Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) outlines Ngurraga School’s key priorities for the year and the actions we will take to support student learning, wellbeing, and engagement. It shows how our school is working towards the goals set out in our School Strategic Plan and Department of Education priorities.

The AIP helps our school community understand what we are focusing on each year, how progress is monitored, and how we know our actions are making a difference for students. The plan is developed in consultation with staff and is endorsed by School Council.
